are offered at an exceptionally low price point as they are sold in lots that
include rounds of various condition, from old to new, and are produced by
a wide variety of mints with many different designs. In terms of silver weight
and value, these rounds are equal to the brand new silver rounds.
This category may have any number of different designs, ranging from
replicas of common coins and national symbols to commemorations
of events and people. Though the weight and silver content will be one
ounce of .999 fine silver; the size may vary slightly. Some mints
produce the same amount of silver in a design that may be larger or
smaller in thickness or width than a different mint.

The obverse of the Libertad features a winged Victoria, the personified Roman goddess of victory. She holds h .... her arm upright with a wreath in her hand as if to symbolize winning. The denomination and "Plata Pura" are inscribed onon on either side of her.
The reverse (back) shows the Mexican Coat of Arms; an eagle with a snake in its beak and talons. The eagle is perched on a prickly pear cactus and encircled by the official title of Mexico.
